Application for Membership in the Montgomery Tree Committee is open to anyone. The Board of Directors is selected from the active members of the organization.

Membership Levels
  • Dogwood (Student) — $15
  • Tulip Poplar (Retirees) — $20
  • Pine (Individual) — $25
  • Magnolia (Family) — $50
  • Sycamore (Patron) — $250
  • Oak (Benefactor) — $500
All membership levels will receive a Montgomery Tree Committee reusable tote bag and a 10% discount on trees purchased from Southern Homes & Gardens. Sycamore Members can dedicate one Legacy Tree and Oak Members can dedicate two Legacy Trees each year that they remain a member.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our members volunteer for a variety of projects such as:
  • tree plantings
  • writing grants
  • manning information booths at events
  • helping clean up various sites before plantings
  • conduct training courses
  • fundraising
  • working with neighborhoods and schools
